Swegon Group AB, owned by Investment AB Latour and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, is a market-leading supplier in the indoor environment sector, offering solutions for ventilation, heating, cooling, and climate optimization, as well as related services and qualified technical support. Swegon has subsidiaries and distributors worldwide, along with 23 production facilities located in Europe, North America, and India. The company employs more than 4.100 people and in 2025 had a turnover of 10.3 billion SEK.

Swegon in Italy consists of two companies, both acquired by the Group, and two main locations:

• Samp S.p.A., located in Concorezzo (MB), specialised in the design and construction of air handling units with more than 100 employees;
• Swegon Operations, located in Cantarana di Cona (VE), specialised in the industry of Commercial/Industrial Chillers and Heat pumps with 400 employees.

These are leading companies in their respective markets and have been acquired by the Group.
